We help children find balance and joy through gentle yoga, guided meditation, and positive affirmations. It’s all about building focus, confidence, and calm in a playful, safe space.

We use fun games to help children increase their focus and concentration. After the games, we sit down for a calm discussion, which helps them process their thoughts and feelings.

Our summer camp sessions include thoughtfully designed games that improve attention span and problem-solving skills. Here, children are focusing on their breath during a mindful movement activity.

Even a simple game of musical chairs can teach valuable skills like listening and quick reaction. Our sessions are full of interactive games that make learning joyful and active.

Play is a powerful tool for learning. Balloon games like this one are not just fun; they help improve gross motor skills, coordination, and social interaction among the children.

Our mindfulness sessions include balancing exercises to improve physical stability and focus. We end with powerful affirmations like "I am enough" to build self-esteem and inner peace.

A typical start to our day includes games, meditation, Om chanting, and affirmations. This combination of activities helps children center themselves and prepare for a day of creative learning.

Our mindful yoga sessions are designed to be an experience. We create a peaceful environment where children can learn to connect with their breath and body in a gentle, supportive way.

"Feel your tummy coming out like a balloon." I use simple, relatable instructions to teach children deep belly breathing during Shavasana, helping them to relax completely.

About Mindfulness & Movement

In our small batches, we don't just do yoga poses; we practice "I am enough" affirmations daily. It is the most common thing parents ask about, so I make sure every child learns to say it with conviction—not just for the class, but as a habit they can take home when they feel overwhelmed or need a confidence boost.

Mindfulness is not just about sitting still; for children, it is an active process of learning how to regulate their emotions and sharpen their focus. At our C.R. Park studio, we bridge the gap between high-energy play and deep relaxation. Our sessions begin with fun, interactive games that get the body moving, naturally transitioning into periods of calm where we introduce breathing techniques like Bhramari Pranayama.

We structure these sessions to ensure learning is never a chore. For toddlers and children up to age 12, we find that storytelling is the most effective way to teach complex concepts like focus and patience. When we say, "Feel your tummy coming out like a balloon," kids instantly understand the mechanics of deep belly breathing. This makes the practice relatable and, more importantly, sustainable.

Every session is designed with the following flow:

  • Active Engagement: Games and movement to burn energy and increase coordination.
  • Centering: Guided meditation or Om chanting to shift the environment to a peaceful space.
  • Affirmations: The core of our work where children actively vocalize positive beliefs about themselves.
  • Reflection: A group discussion where children are encouraged to speak, discuss, and express what they felt.

We keep our batches small, typically between 6 to 10 children. This ensures that every child gets the personalized attention they need, especially if they are new to the idea of mindfulness. Whether your child is struggling to sit still during homework or simply needs a positive space to develop, these sessions provide the tools to handle big emotions with a little more grace.
