About Kids' Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions
Joyful & Calm Spaces for Kids
I see my sessions as a safe spot for children to just breathe and be themselves. It's not only about exercise - it's about finding joy, feeling calm, and growing a little every time.
Masti + Mindfulness
Kids get to stretch, balance, and move with Ms. Richa Goyal, our awesome yoga teacher. We mix in creative mindful movement for kids, and every session brings something new - sometimes we imagine adventures to far-off places, other times we're just feeling the floor under our toes. Breathing exercises get silly sometimes, like blowing up our bellies like balloons. And yes, we say our positive affirmations for young minds together: "I am strong," "I am kind," "Main enough hoon" (I am enough).
Small Batches, Big Bonds
I keep groups small so every child can share, laugh, and get the attention they need. Humara silent zone (our silent zone) has soft lights and a chill vibe, so kids can relax, color, and play focus-building games without pressure.
Skills for Life
Parents often notice changes: kids get better at focusing, they handle tough days with more calm, and their confidence grows. These guided meditation stories for kids and little exercises are all about giving them the tools to tackle life with a smile.

My Story
Hi, I’m the heart behind Curious Minds. Used to design logos, now I design messy clay tables and happy faces. Always believed kids need more than just paint and paper - they need space to shout, laugh, breathe. We chant, we make a mess, we talk, we use old boxes for art (save the planet, na!). Here, every child says with me: I am confident, strong, kind, enough. That’s what matters.
My Work
Workshops and Events - We run creative workshops like clay play, eco-friendly craft classes, mindful yoga sessions for children, storytelling, and birthday parties.
Holistic Learning Approach - Every session mixes discussion, videos, and a hands-on project. Bachche remember better this way, trust me.
Mindfulness and Affirmations - Sessions start with Om chanting, gentle meditation, and positive affirmation activities for kids. Small batches, calm vibes.
Fun with Purpose - Games, cooking, treasure hunts – all joyful, all about teamwork and supporting each other. Learning is never boring here.
All Ages Welcome - From toddlers to adults, everyone’s invited. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity.
