Hands-on Art & Creative Learning for Kids
At my CR Park studio, we turn messy clay, paints, and recycled materials into happy learning moments. Come explore, create, and build confidence with me.
A glimpse of our clay playtime. The children created personalized nameplates and photo frames, learning to shape and mold the clay into something both beautiful and functional.
Clay play time is always a favorite. It's a fantastic sensory activity that allows children to improve their motor skills while having fun. I provide guidance, but their imagination leads the way.
This clay play session was so engaging. I guided the children on techniques like rolling and water polishing, but they were completely absorbed in the tactile experience of creating with their hands.
We work on the overall development of your child, and clay play is a big part of that. It’s a calming, therapeutic activity that improves focus and fine motor skills, as seen in this winter session.
A collage of my little artists at work during the umbrella painting workshop. I provide individual support to help each child bring their unique vision to life on their own colorful umbrella.
This collage celebrates one of our most dedicated students during the umbrella painting workshop. Her focus and passion for her rainbow creation were truly inspiring to watch.
Two young artists proudly posing with their finished umbrellas. It’s amazing to see how a simple object can become a canvas for such vibrant self-expression.
A close-up look at the beautiful, hand-painted umbrellas. The bright colors and imaginative designs, from rainbows to starry nights, showcase the wonderful creativity of the children.
At our workshops, children also learn by helping each other. This collage captures moments of collaboration and peer support during our umbrella painting session.
"Wow, Umaisha, good job!" My encouraging words are a constant in the studio. This video captures the children's deep engagement as they paint things that interest them, like these colorful umbrellas.
About Where Creativity Comes to Play
We keep our batches very small, with only 6 to 10 children, so whether your child is a toddler or pre-teen, they get my full attention. We aren't just making crafts; we’re using clay, paint, and sensory materials to improve focus and build self-esteem. If you want a space where your child can get messy and experiment without the pressure to be perfect, come visit my residential studio.
Our Approach to Creativity
Hamare yahan (here), we believe that art is more than just a finished product on a shelf. It is about the process. Whether we are doing clay modeling, umbrella painting, or sensory texture art, the goal is to give children a safe, home-like environment to express themselves freely.
What We Focus On
- Small Batches, Big Attention: By capping sessions at 10 children, I ensure that every child gets the support they need to bring their unique vision to life. No one is left behind.
- Building Confidence: Beyond the crafts, we start sessions with simple affirmations like, "I am confident. I am enough." It changes how they approach their work.
- Eco-Conscious Art: We love saving the planet. You will often see us repurposing old boxes, recycled materials, and natural items for our projects.
Practical Details
- Venue: Our studio is located in a residential space in CR Park, New Delhi, designed to feel comfortable and welcoming, not like a sterile classroom.
- Age Groups: We run dedicated tracks for toddlers (2-5 years) and older children (6-12 years) to keep activities age-appropriate.
- Holistic Learning: Every session is designed to build fine motor skills and patience, mixed with fun elements like storytelling or light movement breaks.
Curious Minds DIY
I’m Priya, the heart behind Curious Minds. I used to design logos, but now I’m busy designing happy faces and messy clay tables in my home studio. It’s a space where every child learns to say, "I am enough."
