About this collection
Most people ask if they should join a standard gym or an MMA club. If you want to lift heavy for aesthetics, a gym is fine. If you want explosive speed, real-world coordination, and the ability to defend yourself, you belong here. We do not just hit bags; we practice sparring, pad work, and clinch drills so you learn how to actually throw a punch, not just pose with it.
Why Striking Matters
It is not about being the biggest person in the room. In boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, it is about timing, range, and efficiency. My sessions break down the micro-mechanics of combat—footwork, head movement, and weight transfer—until they become muscle memory. You will learn to slip punches, counter with precision, and control your breathing under pressure.
The "Guns to Gloves" Standard
We train our civilian members with the same discipline and intensity as the Indian Army soldiers I coach. Whether you are at our Noida, Gurugram, or Jaipur locations, the curriculum is consistent. We emphasize the mental conditioning needed to stay calm when things get intense. This is not about fighting to hurt others; it is about learning to respect the craft and your own limits.
What to Expect
Expect to sweat. Expect to be tired. Expect to learn techniques that change how you move. We cover a full rotation of striking disciplines including Boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing combinations. We focus on 'functional strength' over 'gym-floor posing'—you will leave every session feeling more capable than when you walked in.
Getting Started
If you are serious, bring your own hand wraps and gloves (10oz-14oz). If you are new, just bring yourself and an open mind. We handle the rest. We don't have cafes or fluff, just a matted floor and the work. Come ready to sweat.
Fighting Choice
We are Fighting Choice Clubs. We believe fighting is a way of life, not just a sport. We built this space to drop the ego, punch out the stress, and walk out mentally tougher than when you walked in. From kids to our brave army personnel, everyone here is a warrior in the making.
