Our Architectural Design & Build Process
Architecture requires intention. This collection reveals our approach—from early 3D visualizations and structural studies to the realization of bold, climate-responsive homes.
A 3D render of a 16,000 sq ft residence in Dharmavaram. This conceptual design showcases our exploration of dynamic, angular volumes and a dramatic, illuminated facade for a luxury home.
This visualization for a residence in Dharmavaram explores a composition of folded planes and cantilevered roofs. Our rendering process is crucial for defining the architectural form and material palette early in the design phase.
A concept render for the 'House of Reddys,' a high-end residence in Bangalore. The design features a complex interplay of volumes, materials, and textures, including marble, timber, and fluted panels.
A 3D visualization for the 'House of Reddys' mansion. This render highlights a facade detail with a floating black marble-clad volume, demonstrating our use of luxurious materials in a contemporary context.
Another render for the 'House of Reddys,' showcasing a different facade composition. This view emphasizes the covered parking area and the layering of white, timber, and fluted surfaces.
A duplicate of image 113, this render for the 'House of Reddys' focuses on the striking contrast between the black marble-clad element, the warm timber fence, and the lush rooftop greenery.
A duplicate of image 118, this visualization of the 'House of Reddys' shows the clean, modern lines of the carport and the interplay between solid white volumes and semi-transparent fluted screens.
A 3D render for the 30,000 sq ft 'House of Reddys' mansion. This image was part of our conceptual design phase, exploring the massing and material strategy for this large-scale contemporary residence.
This render of the 'House of Reddys' showcases the planned exterior, with a focus on the integration of built form and landscape, and a material palette combining concrete, wood, and glass.
'Out of the Box' is an upcoming residential project in South Bangalore. This render illustrates our design for a compact urban plot, using vertical massing and interlocking volumes to create a spacious and light-filled home.
About Our Design & Build Process
Our process begins with rigorous site analysis to optimize natural light and ventilation, ensuring your home responds to its specific climate. We move from conceptual 3D massing to technical Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, detailing elements like cantilevered structural joints and exposed concrete finishes, so that every design decision on paper translates accurately into built reality.
Architecture is an interplay of light, volume, and site context. We start with 3D modeling and physical study models to test how a form sits on the land. Whether the site is a compact urban plot or a vast estate, we experiment with spatial arrangements until the built form feels like it belongs to the landscape.
The Technical Layer
Complex forms, such as our signature 24-foot cantilevers or sculptural staircases, require precise engineering. This stage involves developing detailed structural shuttering drawings for exposed concrete and integrating MEP layouts within raw building elements to maintain clean, uncluttered surfaces. We prioritize material honesty, ensuring that structural choices serve both the aesthetic vision and the functional requirements of the home.
Execution Support
We bridge the gap between visualization and construction through detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. These documents encompass everything from door schedules to flooring patterns for Italian marble. We visit the site during critical phases—such as roof casting and foundation work—to ensure material quality and structural alignment meet our standards for clarity and precision. By managing the project from the first sketch to the final build, we ensure the structural integrity of every cantilever and the seamless flow of every interior space.
