We are an award-winning architectural practice creating premium homes through an architecture of intention. Our designs are defined by pure geometric forms, a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, and a raw material palette of exposed concrete and timber.

A complete facade transformation, this residence in Hyderabad now features a tropical modern aesthetic. We introduced strong linear elements, including cantilevered roofs and pergolas, to redefine its form and relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The original state of the Hyderabad villa, a conventional structure that served as the foundation for our comprehensive redesign. This image represents the starting point of our architectural intervention.

This 24-foot cantilever is a testament to our expertise in structural engineering. The floating cuboidal volume of the Long House creates a dramatic architectural statement while housing a private living space with an uninterrupted connection to the outdoors.

This unique cantilevered staircase is suspended from a floating concrete wall, serving as a sculptural centerpiece. The design combines metal and wood, creating a gravity-defying feature that is both a functional staircase and a work of art.

An example of our indoor-outdoor design philosophy, this living space in the Long House opens completely to a central courtyard. The use of floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolves the boundary between the interior and the lush garden.

This is the Long House, a design defined by a dramatic cantilevered volume that appears to float above the landscape. We used exposed concrete and warm timber to create a structure that is both monumental and deeply connected to the earth, embodying our approach to tropical modernism.

The living space of the Long House dissolves into the central courtyard through expansive glass walls. We designed this to create a seamless flow between the interior and the lush greenery, ensuring the home is filled with natural light and feels like an extension of the garden.

We treat functional elements as sculptural art. This unique staircase in The Quarry House is cantilevered from a suspended concrete wall, creating a gravity-defying centerpiece that is both a passage and a statement of structural innovation.

This is the result of our Villa re:FORM project, a complete transformation of an existing structure in Hyderabad. We introduced strong linear elements, including layered pergolas and a cantilevered balcony, to give the home a bold, contemporary, and cohesive new identity.

The Timber Edge project showcases our approach to architectural intervention. As dusk settles, the home's layered facade comes alive, with warm light accentuating the interplay between timber cladding, concrete forms, and deep-set balconies that engage with the streetscape.

At the heart of the Long House lies this tranquil courtyard, a green lung that organizes the home's spatial flow. This design feature is central to our tropical modern style, allowing for natural ventilation and a constant visual connection to nature from every part of the house.

Even private spaces are an opportunity for design excellence. In The Quarry House, this bathroom opens to a private green space, blending raw materials like black stone and red mosaic tiles with natural light to create a sanctuary that feels like a personal resort.

Sometimes it’s Milan’s craft, sometimes it’s a waterfall popping up in a backyard here. Our team’s a wild mix—Shreya, Karthick, Surya, Akanksha, Havishya—each one brings their own flavor. Winning the IIID Antarya Awards for The Quarry House? That was a real high. We’re just here to push what design can do.
