We believe design works best when it is one seamless story, flowing from architecture to landscape and interiors. Explore a selection of our work, from high-rise residential communities to tech campuses, where simplicity and function define the aesthetic.

This is Aranya Villas, which translates to "forest villas." We designed this community in Hyderabad to be a seamless story, where the architecture is minimal and the landscape becomes the immersive, central experience. The tree-lined street creates a natural canopy, offering a calm, luxurious setting rooted in nature.

For the Telangana High Court, we aimed for a design that is monumental yet unassuming. This view across the water shows how the structure commands respect through its clean lines and scale, while the surrounding landscape and water body soften its presence, making it a dignified and approachable civic landmark.

We believe corporate campuses should be vibrant public realms. At this tech campus, we used elevated curving podiums and integrated water features to create distinct zones for tenants and the public, promoting collaboration, relaxation, and a harmonious connection with the surrounding nature.

We call this concept "villas in the sky." We are redefining high-rise apartment living by giving every unit its own front yard, side yard, and backyard. This approach brings the feeling of a private home and garden to a vertical community, integrating nature at every level.

An aerial view of the Red Ribbon Plaza, a sculptural seating installation we designed for a tech campus. This playful, undulating steel plate transforms from a bench to a table, creating a dynamic "people space" that is both functional public furniture and a striking piece of urban art.

This small weekend retreat was designed to be a private, quiet, and reclusive space. The minimalist, neutral architecture intentionally steps back, allowing the lush surrounding landscape with its dense bamboo and flowering shrubs to become the main focus and create a sense of total immersion in nature.

Located on a vibrant Hyderabad street, this mixed-use building demonstrates that glamour can be minimalist. The structure uses clean lines, a restrained color palette, and a delicate metal mesh facade to create a bold, sophisticated presence that feels both contemporary and timeless.

About this collection

You see a mix of textures and forms in these visuals, but everything is rooted in function. Whether we are designing a corporate tech campus or a private weekend home, we prioritize deep site analysis and natural climate control over aesthetic trends. Before you reach out, please note that we work best with clients who value logical problem-solving and sustainable, long-term design over quick, superficial fixes.

Our design process is driven by the belief that architecture should be as functional as it is beautiful. We do not design for the sake of ornamentation; we design for the reality of the site.

Our Approach to Landscape and Architecture

When we approach a project, whether it is a villa in Hyderabad or a commercial plaza in Bengaluru, we start with the ground. Our team studies topography, sun paths, and local water tables to ensure that the structure does not fight the land, but works with it.

  • Passive Cooling: We integrate water bodies and native tree palettes to reduce the heat island effect in our tech campus designs.
  • Material Honesty: We prefer raw, tactile materials. You will notice this in our facade work, where we use bronze anodized aluminum or exposed concrete to create depth without relying on paint or cladding.
  • Functional Zoning: A space must work for the people who use it. We zone areas based on movement patterns, ensuring that public realms, like our sculptural seating installations, encourage interaction while maintaining privacy for individual workers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you integrate landscape with buildings? We do not treat landscape as a 'finishing touch.' It is part of the master plan from day one. We design architectural volumes specifically to create courtyards, decks, and pockets of greenery.

Do you handle urban design projects? Yes. From public streetscapes in Vijayawada to tech campuses across India, we design spaces for the public realm, focusing on wayfinding, shade, and human-centric flow.

Is your design style purely minimalist? We prefer the term 'essentialist.' We strip away the unnecessary so that the space, light, and materiality can stand on their own. Our goal is to create calm, order, and dignity in every project we touch.
