How We See Renovation
When I walk into an old home or building, I look for what’s hiding beneath - the kind of stuff you only notice if you’re really paying attention. For me, remodeling is much more than just a facelift. It’s about stripping things down, finding what matters, and rebuilding so the place actually fits your life.
What We Actually Do
- Rip out what doesn’t work and rethink the whole space, not just the obvious bits.
- Handle big changes, like moving structural walls or switching up the entire roof shape if that’s what the design needs. We’ve done some wild cantilever work before, so yeah, we’re not scared of a challenge.
- Change up the outside too. A modern facade redesign can totally shift the vibe of a home. We love mixing timber, exposed concrete, and honest materials to get that warm but clean look.
- Interiors? Always a big focus. We’ve done floating staircases that look more like art, and we’re big on creating flexible living - think sliding walls, or puja rooms that feel peaceful and modern.
- Our style leans tropical modern, lots of natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, and spaces that breathe.
What to Expect
Not every project is straightforward, and sometimes the old structure throws up unexpected problems. But if you want a space that feels fresh, open, and genuinely different, I’m all in for the journey.
