Signature Residential Architecture and Interior Design Projects
We believe architecture is a dialogue between built spaces and nature. Explore our signature residential projects featuring integrated courtyards, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and light-filled living zones designed for your lifestyle.
We believe a home's living space should breathe. Here, the formal living room opens directly into a sunken courtyard, where a frangipani tree becomes a natural centerpiece, blurring the line between indoors and out.
In this video, I explain our design thinking behind the 'Twin Courtyard' concept. Instead of one central void, we split the green spaces to bring light and ventilation to different parts of the home, creating unique, interconnected zones.
We transformed this terrace into a serene outdoor lounge. The design provides a covered seating area for relaxation, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect escape with views of the Bangalore skyline.
This is the exterior of our Twin Courtyard House. The facade is a composition of natural stone cladding and carefully placed greenery, demonstrating how landscape design can be integral to the architectural identity of a home.
Every bit of open space is an opportunity. This balcony is designed as a private lookout, offering a stunning, uninterrupted view of the surrounding greenery, proving that even compact urban homes can have a connection to nature.
A staircase can be more than just functional. In this video, I walk through the design of this semi-cantilevered staircase, which features wider lower steps for informal seating and was built to be safe and comfortable for all family members, including pets.
This 3D visualization shows our design for a modern weekend home. The concept integrates extensive rooftop gardens and green balconies, using a lightweight PEB structure to create a luxurious retreat that feels completely immersed in nature.
About this collection
We often look at a central space and ask, why not split it? In our Twin Courtyard House, we broke a single void into two separate green zones. This allows us to funnel natural light and ventilation deep into the living and dining areas, effectively making the home breathe better while keeping each zone functionally distinct.
Our approach to residential architecture in Bangalore goes beyond aesthetics. We focus on how light, materials, and spatial flow create a home that remains comfortable throughout the year. When you look at our work, you will notice a recurring theme of honesty in materials—whether it is the warmth of teak wood, the grounding texture of exposed brick, or the structural precision of MS (Mild Steel) fabrications.
Design Philosophy
We design for the way you live. This means creating spaces that are not just beautiful but practical. If you have pets, we design staircases that are safe and comfortable for them. If you value privacy, we use MS louvers and vertical gardens to create buffers without sacrificing airflow.
Our process is highly collaborative. We avoid copy-pasting designs from one site to another because every plot, every family, and every requirement is unique. Our team focuses on:
- Natural Light Planning: Designing skylights and courtyards to reduce the need for artificial lighting during the day.
- Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Using large glass doors and matching floor materials to blur the line between your living room and your garden.
- Modern Material Palette: Integrating stone, onyx, and metal in ways that are durable and easy to maintain.
Whether you are planning a new villa construction or looking to renovate an existing home, we start by understanding your needs. From initial concept sketches and 3D visualizations to the final built form, we work to ensure your vision is realized with technical precision.
