Buddy training is about more than just sharing a time slot. We use an 'I go, you go' format to keep the intensity high, making sure you aren't just waiting for your turn, but actively spotting and pushing your partner to hit new PRs on every set.
Having a training partner is the difference between showing up and actually getting the work done. When you train with a brother, you don't skip sets, and you don't quit when it gets heavy. My partner training program is designed for two people who want to hold each other accountable while we work on your strength and conditioning.
In our sessions, we focus on synchronized muscle-group splits. I adjust the weights for each of you so the individual intensity remains perfect, but the timing stays locked in. You get the same hands-on spotting for your heavy compound lifts—like squats, deadlifts, and bench press—ensuring you stay safe while chasing those numbers. We don't do hawabazi; we do real, consistent work.
Whether you're looking to build muscle or just want someone to push you through the tough days, this setup works. We integrate macro-guidance and nutrition targets for both of you individually. If you and your bro are ready to stop making excuses and start putting in the sweat, let's get to work.
