BodhXfit is where you stop exercising and start training. My programming is built for athletes and serious individuals who want to master Olympic lifting, build explosive power, and sharpen their athletic technique.

This is where strength meets skill. I'm providing real time feedback to a shot put athlete, correcting his rotation and body control. You can hear me instructing, "jaldi mat kar" (don't rush), because in throwing, perfect form is everything for maximizing power and distance.

Here my athletes are performing a synchronized 3-position snatch. This complex drill is crucial for developing explosive power and reinforcing correct technique under fatigue. The energy in these group sessions is high, and we push each other to be stronger.

I am incredibly proud to have been part of the training journey for Seema Punia-Antil, a four time Olympian and legendary Indian discus thrower. This shows a glimpse of our work together and her success, which is a testament to the high level of athletic preparation we provide.

The deadlift is the foundation of raw strength. Here you see several of my female athletes executing heavy lifts with solid form. We focus on building a powerful posterior chain, which is critical for almost every athletic movement.

This is a typical Metabolic Conditioning, or Metcon, workout in my gym. We combine different modalities like rowing for endurance, push presses for power, and double unders for agility. This type of high intensity training builds a powerful engine and burns calories long after the workout is over.

Hands on coaching is key, especially for technical lifts like the hang clean. In this clip, I'm giving immediate verbal cues, "theek hai badhiya" (that's good), to help an athlete refine his form and ensure he's moving the barbell efficiently and safely.

Athleticism isn't just about lifting heavy. We build complete athletes by incorporating agility and plyometric drills like box jumps and resistance band sprints. These exercises improve coordination, speed, and the ability to change direction quickly.

About this collection

You will not find generic machines or mirror-gazing here. My sessions at Sushant Lok are built around technical proficiency in movements like the snatch and clean and jerk. Whether we are running a METCON circuit or refining your shot put form, the focus is always on mechanics, safety, and power output. I built BodhXfit on a simple premise: if you want results, you have to earn them. My programming is not about chasing the latest fitness trend. It is about long-term development. Whether you are a professional athlete prepping for a national event or a fitness enthusiast tired of plateauing at the gym, we strip away the fluff to focus on raw performance.

The Technical Edge

My coaching is grounded in Olympic lifting and track-specific mechanics. When we work on your 3-position snatch or hang clean, I am looking at your pulling path, your hip extension, and your ability to maintain tension under load. It is technical work. You will hear me correcting your form in real-time—'pakad ke rakhiye position'—because getting the lift right is the only way to get the lift heavy.

Building the Engine

Beyond the barbell, we build your engine with METCON and functional conditioning. This is where we increase your work capacity. We combine high-intensity aerobic bursts with explosive plyometrics, like box jumps and resistance sprints, to improve your coordination and reaction time.

Who I Work With

I work with people who treat their training as a discipline. If you are looking for a quick fix or a casual workout, this is not the right place.
