Don't just run. Build the raw power, core stability, and explosive speed needed to dominate on the track and in the field.

A moment of focus in the gym. Strength training is a critical part of an athlete's regimen, building the power needed for explosive events.

An athlete uses resistance bands for a pull-down exercise, targeting the back and shoulder muscles essential for running and throwing form.

I demonstrate a cable machine exercise for building core and upper body strength, with the Indian flag in the background as a constant motivation.

Performing a cable crossover exercise to build chest and shoulder strength. A well-rounded strength program prevents injuries and improves performance.

A female athlete performs dumbbell exercises to improve her arm drive, a key component of efficient sprinting technique.

I supervise a young athlete's dumbbell workout, ensuring she maintains proper form to maximize results and prevent injury.

A young athlete performs dumbbell rows, an exercise that strengthens the back and improves posture for running.

A group of our female athletes working on their arm strength with dumbbells. We train together, pushing each other to get stronger.

An athlete performs a dumbbell pullover, an exercise for strengthening the chest and back. We incorporate a variety of lifts into our training.

I assist an athlete with a Nordic hamstring curl, a difficult but highly effective exercise for building hamstring strength and preventing injuries.

About Strength & Conditioning: The Powerhouse

We don't train for aesthetics here. Every lift we do in the gym—from power cleans to Nordic hamstring curls—is programmed to directly improve your sprint acceleration, hurdle clearance, and jump distance on the field.

In athletics, your speed is only as good as the force you can put into the ground. My conditioning program isn't about gym vanity; it is about building an engine that can handle the volume of competitive sports.

Why Strength Matters for Track and Field

Whether you are chasing a state medal or clearing a physical test for the Army, your body needs to withstand the impact and generate explosive output. We integrate gym-based weight training with functional field drills. You will find us in the gym working on:

  • Explosive Power: We utilize Olympic lifts like power cleans to build the fast-twitch muscle fibers required for sprinting.
  • Core Stability: A weak core bleeds energy. We focus on weighted movements that keep your posture rigid during high-velocity runs.
  • Injury Prevention: We strengthen tendons and smaller stabilizing muscles through controlled, high-rep dumbbell work, ensuring you stay on the track rather than the physio table.

The Greater Noida Training Approach

We don't do 'general' fitness. If you are a hurdler, your training focuses on hip mobility and explosive leg drive. If you are an Army aspirant, we focus on endurance and repetitive strength. Our athletes alternate between technical field work and strength conditioning, ensuring that the muscle you build in the weight room translates immediately to speed on the grass.

If you are looking for an air-conditioned environment to scroll on your phone, look elsewhere. Here, we train for results.
