Mastering the Snatch

The snatch is the ultimate test of power and technique. I guide athletes through every phase, from the floor pull to the overhead catch, using drills like the 3-pointer, hang, and drop snatch to build speed and stability. We focus on making every lift efficient and explosive.

Building Power: The Clean & Deadlift

These are foundational strength movements. My coaching emphasizes correct mechanics for the deadlift to build a powerful posterior chain, and we drill the clean and its variations (hang, power, 3-position) to translate that strength into athletic speed.

Track & Field: Forging Elite Throwers

I have deep experience coaching track and field athletes, especially in throwing events like shot put and discus. This involves highly specific technical drills on the field to refine rotation and release, combined with strength work in the gym. I've trained national-level athletes, including four-time Olympian Seema Punia-Antil.

Metabolic Conditioning & Agility

This is where we build the engine. Through high-intensity WODs (Workout of the Day) and Metcons, we improve stamina and cardiovascular capacity. We use a mix of plyometrics like box jumps, cardio like rowing and double-unders, and functional movements to make you faster and more resilient.
