- Form Correction: Real-time audit of the mentee's own lifting technique.
- Cueing Vocabulary: Instruction on specific verbal cues (e.g., internal bracing) to elicit immediate results from clients.
- Machine Setup: Correct mechanical setup of commercial gym equipment for hypertrophy versus strength goals.
