Every coach hits a wall where theory meets reality. I work with fitness professionals at Cult HSR Layout to refine your cueing, master complex programming, and bridge the gap between textbook science and real-world results.

I believe that to be a great leader, you must also be a student. Here, I am leading a Train The Trainer session, focusing on advanced mobility and movement patterns. My goal is to elevate the skills of other fitness professionals, helping them move beyond basic instruction to become true leaders in the gym.

Proper technique is everything. Here, I am providing 1-on-1 instruction on the correct form for a sledgehammer exercise. My coaching focuses on breaking down complex movements to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness, a skill I pass on to the trainers I mentor.

I host these sessions in a live gym environment because that is where the work happens. You get 60 to 90 minutes of hybrid training—combining floor work with critical theory.
