High-Impact Fitness Mentorship & Transformation Coaching
I don't just count reps. I build bodies, fix mechanics, and mentor coaches using the same science-based protocols that rebuilt my own strength after a career-threatening injury.
My journey is my promise to you. In 2019, a severe arm injury and a doctor's mistake could have ended my career. I was told I might never lift the same way again. I refused to accept that. This is the story of how I rebuilt myself, not just physically, but mentally, turning a setback into a foundation of strength. I mentor from experience, not just from a textbook.
This is what a six month journey of disciplined contest preparation looks like. I guided this athlete from his initial physique on the left to a stage-winning condition on the right. My mentorship covers everything from a structured diet and training plan to posing, ensuring you are ready to compete at your best.
I believe that to be a great leader, you must also be a student. Here, I am leading a Train The Trainer session, focusing on advanced mobility and movement patterns. My goal is to elevate the skills of other fitness professionals, helping them move beyond basic instruction to become true leaders in the gym.
This physique was not given to me; it was built through relentless discipline and habit. This is the level of conditioning I hold myself to and the standard of excellence I bring to my mentorship. I teach you how to achieve this kind of muscle maturity and definition through intelligent programming and unwavering focus.
Seven years after a disc herniation in my L4, L5, and S1 vertebrae, I am deadlifting over 200kg. This lift is more than just weight; it's a testament to a careful, strategic comeback. I use my personal injury recovery journey to guide other trainers in safely rebuilding strength and overcoming their own physical limitations.
Results can be achieved with focus and the right plan. This is a 43 day transformation of one of my athletes, preparing him for the Mr. Asia competition where he won silver. My online coaching provides the detailed diet, supplementation, and training protocols needed to make significant changes in a short amount of time.
Strength is not just about lifting weights; it's about building raw, functional power. Sledgehammer training is one of the methods I use to develop explosive strength and conditioning. I incorporate these kinds of high intensity exercises into my programs to push past plateaus and build a truly athletic physique.
About this collection
You aren't just paying for a generic workout plan. Whether we meet at Cult HSR Layout for a 1:1 floor session or work through your goals online, I perform a technical audit of your lifting mechanics and cueing in real-time. I use the exact injury-recovery protocols that got me back to deadlifting 200kg after a severe disc herniation. When we train, we analyze every movement for efficiency, safety, and maximal hypertrophy.
Beyond Basic Training
Most people look at a gym session and see a list of exercises. I see a series of variables to be optimized. My approach to fitness mentorship is rooted in science and refined by my own recovery journey. Whether you are a fellow coach looking to level up your programming or an individual athlete chasing stage-ready conditioning, I provide the structure you currently lack.
The Mentorship Process
When you hire me, we stop guessing. We look at your current output and compare it against your physiological goals. If you are a trainer, we dissect your cueing vocabulary and machine setup efficiency. If you are an athlete, we focus on progressive overload and specific nutrition strategies that align with your contest prep.
Specialized Focus Areas
- Injury Management: I have personally navigated disc herniations and compound arm fractures. I teach you how to train around limitations without sacrificing strength gains.
- Technical Audits: We break down compound movements. If your form is off, your growth is capped. I fix your mechanics.
- Contest Prep: From posing practice to dialing in your macros for stage-ready definition, I manage the details so you can focus on the discipline.
My coaching is for those who are ready to put in the work. If you are looking for shortcuts or fancy slogans, you are in the wrong place. If you are ready for a systematic, proven approach to building a truly athletic physique, let’s get to work.
