I work with S&C coaches who want to move beyond the usual textbook stuff and actually connect science with what happens on the gym floor. For me, it's never just about collecting certificates - it's about understanding why you do what you do, and creating a space where learning never stops.
What I Bring
- MSc in Performance Coaching and a bunch of hands-on experience from NSCA, ASCA, and more.
- Special focus on Speed, Workload Management, and Velocity Based Training (VBT).
- I still attend workshops myself, so whatever I share, I’ve tested it out in my own practice.
How We Grow
- My S&C mentorship program isn’t a top-down lecture - we discuss, question, and figure things out together.
- I run deep-dive sessions (both group and 1-on-1) on stuff like advanced periodization models, biomechanics, and data-driven coaching.
- If you're prepping for the CSCS practical exam, I offer hands-on workshops in Bengaluru where we focus on nailing the lifts and technique.

My Story
Basketball was my jam before I ever thought of coaching. It taught me grit, and I still carry those lessons. After six years off the court, I jumped back in for a tournament—just had to pay my respects to the game. Balance is key, though. My friends are fam; one’s been around since we were six! If it’s Sunday, I’m probably chilling at Cubbon Park with my dogs or catching up at a brewery. That’s how I roll.

Athlete Coaching & Remote Training - I coach athletes, especially cricketers, plus offer remote programs. Always science-backed, like Velocity-Based Training.
Workshops for Strength & Conditioning Coaches - I run biomechanics workshops for aspiring coaches, sharing evidence-based conditioning and real talk from my own journey.
Teaching & Mentoring - Teaching fires me up. I learn as much as I teach—love seeing students grow and get curious.
Leading by Example - I’m grinding in the gym myself. Hit my 200kg deadlift. I’m on the same path as my athletes.
