The Mindset: Building Strength, Iron, and Will

Real strength isn't just about the weight on the bar, it is about the will to keep moving when your body tells you to quit. Training with me requires discipline, patience, and a willingness to embrace the grind.

Pain is a signal that something needs to change. If you quit, you let everyone who doubted you win. You must embrace the pain of training to grow stronger.

No more setbacks. This is my comeback journey. After facing a serious injury, every session is a step forward. This is proof that with the right mindset, you can overcome anything.

Win in your mind and you will win in reality. Before you even touch the weight, you have to believe you can lift it. This video shows the mental preparation before a heavy set on the shoulder press machine.

Setbacks are just a chance to re-evaluate your goals and come back stronger. This session, focusing on front raises and tricep pushdowns, is part of my journey back to full strength.

It's hard when you feel like your hard work goes unnoticed. But you have to keep doing the work anyway. One day, everything will come together and you will shine. Great things take time.

Don't wish for it, work for it. This is the motto of Team Raj. Your physique is a direct reflection of the work you put in, day in and day out.

About The Mindset: Iron and Will

When you step onto the gym floor at 21 Fitness, forget about generic routines. I focus on the mind-muscle connection, teaching you to feel and control every rep. Whether we are managing a history of slip discs or pushing for a new personal record, I supervise every set personally to ensure you do not just lift, but learn to respect the iron.

My philosophy is simple: Iron Never Lies. You can tell yourself whatever you want, but the weight will tell the truth about your preparation and your discipline. This is not a platform for people looking for quick fixes or magic pills. This is for those ready to sacrifice for results.

The Recovery Mindset

I know what it feels like to have your back against the wall. Having dealt with a serious slip disc injury, I do not just train athletes; I help people rebuild. We focus on corrective exercise, form, and structural stability before we ever talk about moving heavy plates. You will learn that an injury is not a dead end, but a chance to re-evaluate your movement patterns.

Where We Train

Sessions are conducted at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj and GK2. This is where we do the work. We focus heavily on compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—because these are the foundation of true power. Once the technique is solid, we transition into hypertrophy, using a power-building approach that mixes low-rep strength work with targeted isolation.

What To Expect

  • Manual Logging: We track every personal record. If you are not recording it, you are not improving.
  • Direct Feedback: I am there to spot you, correct your form, and ensure you are pushing safely. Expect honest feedback on your diet, your sleep, and your intensity.
  • Mental Toughness: You will leave the session stronger in body and mind.

Come ready to work. If you are willing to put in the time, I will provide the path.
