Karate Gurukul: Real Training for Future Champions
Yahan shortcut nahi milenge. Agar aap discipline, mehnat, aur jeetne ka jazba lekar aate hain, toh ye Gurukul aapke liye hai.
This is my core belief: "Manzilein aasaani se nahi milti, use paane ke liye mehnat karni padti hai." (Destinations aren't reached easily, you have to work hard to get there). Here, we don't take shortcuts. We build strength and spirit through pure, relentless hard work.
The results of our discipline. This is a group of my students from the Karate Gurukul, each one a winner, proudly displaying the medals they earned through their dedication. I don't just teach karate, I build a team of champions.
Real training is about applying your skills. Here, two of my students are engaged in a kumite (sparring) session during a championship. This is where technique, speed, and fighting spirit are tested on the mat.
A strong body is built from the ground up. This is a glimpse of our traditional conditioning, the 'fauji chaal' (soldier's crawl), which builds core strength and endurance. Every student, no matter their age, goes through this rigorous training.
I am Sikandar Phore, a 3rd Dan Black Belt, national and international athlete, and an A-grade referee. My life is dedicated to the art of karate, and my mission is to pass on this knowledge to the next generation of fighters.
I am especially proud of my girls' team, who won the first-place team trophy at the Delhi Inter-School Women's Flying Kick Sports Martial Art Championship. They are proof that strength and determination have no gender.

About this collection
Yahan hum sirf medal ke liye nahi, character banane ke liye training karte hain. Har session 'fauji chaal' aur intense functional drills se shuru hota hai. Agar aapko lagta hai ki karate sirf kicks maarne ka khel hai, toh yahan ki reality check classes aapka nazariya badal dengi. Hum belt progression mein koi jhol nahi karte, har degree ko aapko apni mehnat se earn karna hoga.
Karate Gurukul mein mera maqsad sirf karateka banana nahi, balki aise fighters tayar karna hai jo zameen se jude hon. Main Sikandar Phore, 3rd Dan Black Belt, khud har batch ko supervise karta hoon. Humare system mein sabse pehle conditioning aati hai—tires, ropes, aur army-style drills. Bina staminia ke technique bekar hai.
Humara Training Format
- Traditional Conditioning: Hum gym machine pe nahi, zameen pe paseena bahate hain. Fauji chaal aur agility drills aapko physically aur mentally sakht banati hain.
- Technique Mastery: Kihon (basics) se lekar advanced Kata tak, har cheez mein perfect form zaroori hai.
- Combat Sparring: Jab aapka shareer taiyaar ho jata hai, tab hum sparring (Kumite) shuru karte hain. Yahan aapko real-world pressure aur timing seekhne ko milegi.
- Championship Track: Jo bache medal lane ka dum rakhte hain, unke liye alag schedule hai. Ismein strategic rules, weapons training jaise Nunchaku, aur fitness management shamil hai.
Najafgarh aur aas-paas ke ilakon mein, humne discipline ka ek standard set kiya hai. Mere Gurukul mein ladkiyon ke liye alag, safe batches hain, jahan hum self-defense ko ek life-skill ki tarah sikhate hain. Yaad rakho, yahan sirf wahi tikte hain jo mehnat karne se nahi darrte. Agar aap sirf time-pass karne aaye hain, toh ye jagah aapke liye nahi hai. Par agar champion banna hai, toh demo class leke khud check kar lo.

Main Sikandar Phore hoon. Karate mere liye sport nahi, jeene ka tareeka hai. Mere Gurukul mein sirf wahi tikte hain jo mehnat se nahi darte aur discipline ko samajhte hain.
