I don't teach fancy moves for camera angles. Before you step into a sparring match, you put in the work with 1000-punch and 1000-kick conditioning drills. We use Body Opponent Bags (BOB) for target accuracy and ensure everyone is properly padded, because learning to handle contact is the only way to build real confidence.
