Welcome to our Yoga Special class. Here, we flow together, focusing on the core asanas that build a foundation of strength and flexibility. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced, the energy of the group will lift you up.
This is a look into our dedicated Mobility class. We use tools like light plates to actively increase your shoulder and joint range of motion. This is essential work for anyone who lifts weights or wants to move without pain.
I believe in pushing your limits, but always with the right technique. Here you can see our members working on advanced poses like headstands and deep forward folds, along with hands on assistance to improve flexibility against a wall. This is how we build real, functional flexibility.
For all the athletes and lifters, this is how we integrate strength with mobility. You can see a member hitting a heavy front squat, immediately followed by work on handstands and deep stretches. This is the balance you need to get stronger and stay injury free.

When you lift, the real work isn't just the rep, it's how you recover. We focus on active mobility to flush out lactic acid, using PVC pipes and bands to actually open up tight hips and shoulders that stall your lifts, not just passive stretching.
Think of this as your 'dawai' (medicine) for modern life and heavy training. In a city like Delhi, and specifically at The Fitness Box in Dwarka, we see too many people skipping recovery until they break down. My sessions are built to prevent that.
Why This Matters
If you are doing CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting, you know the feeling of a 'stuck' joint. You hit a plateau because your body is fighting you, not helping you. - Manual Therapy: For those needing a deeper reset, I provide 1-on-1 sessions using PNF techniques (contract-relax) to unlock stubborn tightness in your lower back or hips.
