Skip the slow, meditative vibes. My sessions are designed for functional mobility, helping you stretch out, recover from tough workouts, and get your body ready for the next challenge.

After a high-intensity Zumba workout, I lead the class through a series of dynamic stretches. This helps prevent muscle soreness and improves overall flexibility, making it an essential part of our fitness routine.

In this cool-down sequence, we are working on side bends and forward folds. These movements are great for stretching the obliques and hamstrings, which often get tight from workouts.

I also incorporate gym equipment for deeper stretches. Here, I am using a cable machine to perform a lat stretch, which is amazing for opening up the back and shoulders after an upper body workout.

Here you can see me leading a large group in a synchronized stretching session. Even in a big class, I focus on proper form for poses like the standing forward bend to ensure everyone gets the benefits of a safe and effective stretch.

My yoga classes are basically the 'reset button' for your body. We don't do slow, meditative flows; instead, we use dynamic stretches, PNF techniques, and even cable machines to target exactly where you're stiffest, whether it's your lats after a heavy lifting session or tight hamstrings after a dance workout.

Why This Isn't Traditional Yoga

Most people think yoga means sitting still and meditating for an hour. If that's what you're looking for, my class isn't it! I believe in functional movement. When you train hard—whether it's at The Warehouse Gym or Pink Premium—your muscles get tight. My Yoga for Active Recovery sessions are all about releasing that tension so you don't feel sore the next day.
