Yoga isn't just about touching your toes—it's your recovery medicine. Join our raw, industrial-style sessions designed specifically to help lifters and CrossFitters build real mobility, prevent injury, and bounce back stronger.

For all the athletes and lifters, this is how we integrate strength with mobility. You can see a member hitting a heavy front squat, immediately followed by work on handstands and deep stretches. This is the balance you need to get stronger and stay injury free.

A glimpse into our CrossFit sessions. We build raw strength with movements like the bench press, dumbbell press, and kettlebell swings. This strength is the foundation that our mobility work supports.

This is what an active recovery day looks like. It is not a lazy day. We use light movements, animal flow drills, and assisted stretching to help the body repair and come back stronger for the next heavy session.

The energy in our CrossFit class is unmatched. We combine elements like yogic squats (Malasana) for hip mobility with explosive box jumps and heavy barbell lifts. This is how we build complete athletes.

This is from our 60 day transformation challenge. It's not just about losing weight, it's about gaining strength and commitment. You can see members working on everything from barbell squats to pull ups and Olympic lifts.

More action from the transformation challenge. We focus on proper form for compound lifts like the back squat and clean and jerk. Building a strong foundation is key to long term progress and avoiding injury.

We dedicate time to specific skills like Olympic lifting. Here, I am coaching the fundamentals of the lift, followed by gymnastic strength work like handstands. This develops power, coordination, and control.

About Yoga for Athletes: Strength & Recovery

Forget quiet, incense-filled studios. Here, we use PVC pipes and gym plates to open up hips and shoulders. It is raw, it is intense, and it is specifically designed to flush out lactic acid after your heavy lifting sessions so you can come back for the next day's grind without feeling like you are made of glass.
