Real strength is not about how you look, it is about how you function. I build power, endurance, and mental grit through disciplined, no-nonsense physical conditioning.

A complete workout combines different disciplines. This sequence shows my routine, moving from a barbell bench press for chest strength to downward dog for flexibility and finishing with sit-ups for core conditioning.

This is a side sit-up variation, an effective exercise for building strong obliques and a stable core. We focus on controlled movements to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.

You are your own gym. Here, I am demonstrating a dynamic bodyweight circuit with a student, moving from frog squats to jumps and planks. This kind of training builds explosive power and endurance without any equipment.

Results become an addiction. This clip shows a high-energy warm-up, combining high knees with front kicks. This type of cardio and dynamic stretching is crucial for preparing the body for an intense workout.

Resistance bands are a great tool for building strength. This video shows several exercises, including band-resisted leg abduction, rotational pulls for core power, and overhead presses for shoulder stability.

Using a simple park bench for an explosive plyometric workout. These quick step-ups and jumps are excellent for developing leg power, agility, and cardiovascular endurance in an outdoor setting.

Working on core and hip strength with a partner. This video shows synchronized side leg raises, bow pose for back flexibility, and planks. Training together helps with motivation and maintaining correct form.

A challenging glute bridge variation using a chair for elevation. This exercise isolates the glutes and hamstrings, building lower body strength and stability which is crucial for athletes and overall fitness.

"Kaamyabi" or success is earned step by step. This video shows a typical training sequence, from kicking the heavy bag to build power, to jumping jacks for cardio, and finishing with abdominal work.

About Functional Strength & Conditioning

This is not a gym where you waste time on fancy machines. In my sessions, we focus on what matters: explosive bodyweight power, functional resistance, and the grit to push through your limits. If you are here for shortcuts, this is not the place. If you are here to build a body that serves you for life, welcome.
