Executive Functioning & Mental Health Support for Teens
Juggling studies, social life, and personal growth can be overwhelming. We offer specialized coaching and inclusive community spaces to help teens and young adults build focus, resilience, and a true sense of belonging.
The "In-Sync" program is designed to equip young people aged 14-25 with essential executive skills. In six one-on-one sessions, we help them learn to plan better, focus their attention, and manage multiple tasks across school, work, and home life.
Juggling school, projects, chores, and a social life can feel impossible for teens and young adults. Our "In-Sync" program acknowledges this stress and provides practical tools to manage it effectively.
Our "In-Sync" Executive Skills Program helps young people master the skills needed to thrive. We focus on learning about unique brain wiring, regulating attention, sharpening focus, and managing stress.
Why choose "In-Sync"? Unlike traditional therapy, we focus on building practical, everyday skills and empowering you to take control. We work together to create a personalized plan that fits your life.
The results speak for themselves. In its first year, our "In-Sync" program completed over 180 sessions across 30 programs, resulting in a 74% increase in overall executive skills observed in participants.
Here's what participants have to say about "In-Sync." Testimonials highlight the value of personalized strategies, practical workbooks, and the supportive structure of our talk sessions.
This is just the beginning. The "In-Sync" program is built on providing real strategies that work, using a strength-based approach, and offering personalized tools like our workbook for everyday growth.
We present "Safarnama," our youth collective created in collaboration with Youth for Mental Health. This is a free, collective space for college students to share stories, discuss hardships, and co-create hopeful actions for the community.
About Support for Teens & Young Adults (Ages 14-25)
When school deadlines and personal responsibilities pile up, the challenge is often not just about time, but about understanding how your unique brain works. In our 'In-Sync' sessions, we move away from traditional therapy to focus on executive functioning—practical skills like planning, task initiation, and regulating focus. We work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your wiring, using our proprietary workbook to build habits you can actually sustain outside our center.
Beyond Traditional Therapy
We know that for young adults (ages 14-25), life is a constant balancing act. Whether you are dealing with the pressures of college, starting your first job, or managing ADHD or anxiety, standard advice often doesn't stick. Our approach is built on acknowledging that you don't need to be 'fixed'—you need strategies that work with your specific cognitive style.
The 'In-Sync' Coaching Model
Unlike standard talk therapy, 'In-Sync' is a six-session coaching track. We focus on the 'Doing' rather than just the 'Feeling.' We help you:
- Prioritize Tasks: Break down overwhelming projects into manageable steps.
- Manage Attention: Identify what distracts you and create environmental safeguards.
- Regulate Stress: Use emotional regulation techniques to keep panic at bay during high-pressure weeks.
- Own Your Routine: Use our proprietary workbook to keep track of your goals.
Finding Community with Safarnama
For many, the hardest part of young adulthood is feeling alone in their struggles. Our 'Safarnama' youth collective is a non-clinical space designed to foster connection. It is not group therapy; it is a peer-led community where college students and young adults can share their stories, discuss the reality of mental health hardships, and co-create hopeful actions.
