About School & Community Programs
We focus on making support for kids and communities feel real and welcoming, not just something that happens in therapy rooms. Our way is simple - every child should feel like they belong, no matter what.
Programs for Children & Young People
I run structured programs for kids to help them find confidence and practical life skills. Our Bridges to School Program has three levels for ages 4 and up - Seedling, Sapling, and Blooming. We mix group activities, nature walks, and things like food stalls to help kids make friends and discover what they're good at. For teens and young adults, my In-Sync sessions give hands-on help with planning, focus, and managing emotions. It's low-pressure, just six sessions, online or offline.
Joyful Community Spaces
I offer summer camps and art groups led by therapists - kids play, make music, dance, and do crafts. Programs like Sur aur Sargam and Satrangi Mela (music, arts, movement) are all about having fun and making connections. For older kids, The Art Circle uses art for confidence and social skills.
We also celebrate together with sensory-friendly events - Diwali Melas with games, not crackers, Christmas Carnivals, and relaxed community picnics. Safarnama sharing circles are safe spaces for adolescents to talk and connect.
Schools & Families
I work with schools in Delhi NCR on inclusive classroom workshops and parent seminars. We train teachers to support all students and handle stress, and help parents understand emotional resilience.

My Story
We’re Children First, and honestly, it’s always been about the kids for us. Been at it 15+ years, working with all sorts of families, teachers, and schools. We don’t just sit and talk - sometimes it’s beads, sometimes art, sometimes puppets. It’s not about fixing, it’s about belonging. We’ve teamed up with places like Salaam Baalak Trust, and we run circles for new parents too. We think happy teachers and supported parents make magic for kids.
