Early Intervention for Young Children (Ages 3-6)

We provide intensive, multi-disciplinary support for children under six showing early signs of autism or developmental delays. Our play-based programs, available in 3-day and 5-day formats, integrate Occupational Therapy, Social Communication Therapy, and facilitated group work to build foundational skills in a nurturing space.

Occupational Therapy: Building Skills Through Play

Our Occupational Therapy programs use fun, multi-sensory methods to help children develop essential life skills. We offer specialized modules like "Scribbles and Strokes" for grapho-motor skills and "Move and Groove" for motor planning, all within small, supportive group settings led by certified therapists.

Support for Teens & Young Adults (Ages 14-25)

We offer specialized programs for adolescents and young adults navigating the pressures of school, college, and work. Our "In-Sync" program provides one-on-one coaching to build executive skills like planning and focus, while our youth collectives like "Safarnama" create peer-led spaces for sharing stories and building community.

Psychiatric Care for Complex Needs

For children and adolescents facing significant mental health challenges, our psychiatrists provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and crisis support. We address the medical and biological aspects of care while creating a safe, compassionate space for families to navigate conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD.

Our Neurodiversity-Affirming Philosophy

We believe every child is wired and inspired differently, and our work is built on this neurodiversity-affirming foundation. We don't expect children to fit into a mold; instead, we shape our care to meet them where they are, centering joy, connection, and respect for each child's unique way of experiencing the world.

Creative & Group Therapy Sessions

We use the power of art and play to help children build confidence, creativity, and social skills in a therapeutic group setting. Our "Art Circle" provides a space for self-expression and connection, facilitated by trained psychologists and expressive arts practitioners.

Community Outreach & Inclusive Events

We believe in building a community of concern that extends beyond our centers. We create safe, inclusive events like sensory-friendly movie screenings and festivals, and collaborate with schools and organizations like Salaam Baalak Trust and Tara India to foster healing and connection.

Resources for Parents & Caregivers

We empower families with practical tools and thoughtful tips to support their children. This collection offers guidance on making outings more comfortable for neurodivergent children, from packing a sensory kit to planning an exit strategy, helping make family life calmer and more joyful.

Professional Training & Development

We are committed to building a wider community of care by training other professionals. We offer rigorous courses in evidence-based methods like Narrative Therapy and Neuro-Dramatic Play, often in collaboration with international institutions like the Dulwich Centre Foundation.
