About Child & Youth Therapy
We see therapy as a journey, not a quick fix. Here, every child is treated as their own person — nobody's expected to just fit into a box. Our goal is to create a space where your child feels truly seen and accepted, so we work closely with families and schools to build that support system.
What We Offer
- Personalised care plans for ages 3 to 25.
- One-on-one and group sessions. Some kids open up better in small groups, so we keep them cosy, like 5-6 kids together.
- Play-based therapy for kids and art sessions are our main tools. Kids express a lot through play and creativity, so we use that to help them grow confidence and self-acceptance.
- Specialised support for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood issues, and more. Our early intervention for developmental delays helps younger children pick up social and communication skills.
- Our "In-Sync" program for teens and young adults is all about balancing life, school, and work stress.
- For bigger mental health challenges, our psychiatrists step in for deeper assessments and crisis support.
Our Approach
We use evidence-backed methods like Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, but we always keep things respectful and real. We know therapy isn’t always easy — some sessions are fun, some are tough, but we stick with your child through both.
More Than Sessions
We believe in building a community, not just providing a service. Whether it’s through camps, art circles or our youth collective, we want kids to find connection and joy, not just solutions to problems.

My Story
We’re Children First, and honestly, it’s always been about the kids for us. Been at it 15+ years, working with all sorts of families, teachers, and schools. We don’t just sit and talk - sometimes it’s beads, sometimes art, sometimes puppets. It’s not about fixing, it’s about belonging. We’ve teamed up with places like Salaam Baalak Trust, and we run circles for new parents too. We think happy teachers and supported parents make magic for kids.
