- Modern NLP: Simple, effective drills for confidence and anxiety management that kids can apply before a test or a difficult social situation.
Where and How
We keep our batches between 20-40 students to ensure every child gets attention.
- Online: Live, video-on Zoom sessions for consistent guidance from home.
- In-Person: Hands-on workshops in Bengaluru (Naagarabhaavi) and Mumbai, simulating a modern Gurukul setting where physical posture correction happens in real-time.
Every student finishes with a digital or printed certificate, but the real takeaway is the shift we see—students becoming kinder to themselves, more focused, and visibly more confident.
