Parkour Thursdays are all about moving efficiently. We set up courses to practice various vaults and jumps, helping you build the skills to overcome any obstacle.

Precision is crucial in parkour. Here, students practice vaulting and landing accurately on stacked mats, a foundational drill for building control and confidence.

Our all-levels parkour class focuses on the basics. Students learn different types of vaults and how to safely navigate obstacles of varying heights.

From climbing angled walls to swinging from rings, our parkour sessions are designed to build practical, functional strength and agility for real-world scenarios.

Linking movements is what creates parkour flow. This clip shows students practicing vaults and bar swings in sequence, learning to maintain momentum through an obstacle course.

We start with the basics, like the safety roll, to ensure every student knows how to land safely. Then we move on to practicing vaults over obstacles.

Balance and precision are key parkour skills. Here, students practice jumping between unstable surfaces and work on climbing techniques on our angled wall.

Our parkour classes are for everyone. We teach foundational movements like wall runs and vaults with progressions that cater to all fitness levels.

About Parkour Vaults & Flow

This is not your standard fitness class. We focus on chaining vaults, climbs, and leaps into a seamless flow, rather than just isolated movements. Since this involves high-intensity jumps and aerial work, we require a quick assessment with our coaches to ensure you have the foundational control needed for our advanced flows. Let's make sure you are ready to level up madona.

At Chaos Faktory, we view movement as a language. While basic parkour is about getting from point A to B, our Flow program is about doing it with efficiency and style. We operate out of our HSR Layout facility, which is equipped with modular vaults, tires, and industrial-grade crash mats to keep training safe while you push your boundaries.

What You Will Learn

We move beyond the basics of landing and rolling. In this cluster, we drill specific, high-level techniques:

  • Advanced Vaults: Mastering the Dive Kong, Dash Vaults, and precision landings that require true body control.
  • Wall Work: Moving from basic wall runs to complex cat leaps and climbing transitions.
  • Flow Composition: This is where it all comes together. You will learn to chain five or more movements into a continuous line, which is essential for competitive freerunning.

Training Philosophy

We believe in Fight Fear, Feel Freedom. This means we focus on skill acquisition first. Fitness is simply a byproduct of the training. Whether you are working on your swing gainers on Saturday or putting together a backflip sequence on Sunday, the goal is to develop a deep understanding of your own capabilities.

Important Details

This program is swalpa serious stuff. Because we work with high-altitude drops and complex bar swings, we strictly gate this program for those with intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you are new, we suggest starting with our foundation classes before jumping into these weekend flows. All sessions are conducted by our core team, ensuring you get the spotting and manual support you need to attempt flips safely.
