Before you can join the advanced flip sessions, you'll need to pass our mandatory fitness trial. We don't just let anyone attempt a backflip; our coaches first assess your foundational strength and movement patterns to ensure you’re moving safely, preventing injury, and are ready for the intensity of aerial work.

Learning to flip isn't about throwing yourself backward and hoping for the best. At the Faktory, we view acrobatics as a logical progression of movement. Whether you are aiming for your first backflip, a swing gainer, or dive front flips, we eliminate the guesswork.

We provide industrial-grade inflatable airbags, thick crash mats, and manual spotting from our expert team for every single attempt. This is about building the necessary muscle memory in a controlled environment.

Our weekend sessions are strictly for those ready to commit to the grind. Saturdays are dedicated to swing gainers and advanced flip progressions, while Sundays focus on backflips and connecting movements into a parkour flow. Because safety is non-negotiable, we cap these classes to ensure every student gets direct attention from our coaches.
