Pricing Guide
Monthly Gymnastics Training
Schedule & Batches
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Slots: Kids (5 to 12 years) in evenings; Adults (13+) in morning and late evening.
Training Scope
- Basics: Forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and splits.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight strength using pull up bars and floor drills.
- Advanced Skills: Round offs, walkovers, backhand springs, and somersaults (skill dependent).
Facility Setup
- Environment: High ceiling warehouse with natural ventilation (ceiling fans only, no AC).
- Flooring: High density EVA interlocking mats (Note: Not a professional Olympic sprung floor).
- Safety: Vinyl covered crash pads and manual spotting by instructors.
Annual Unlimited Membership
Membership Coverage
- Validity: 12 month fixed contract.
- Access: Unlimited entry to all scheduled weekday batches (Monday to Friday).
- Value: Lowest cost per session ratio compared to monthly plans.
Advanced Curriculum
- Skill Progression: Focus on complex movement chains and mastering flips.
- Stunt Integration: Includes movie style stunt basics, parkour elements, and reactions.
- Events: Participation in academy showcases and community demonstrations.
Facility Access
- Equipment: Full usage of vaulting boxes, gymnastics rings, climbing ropes, and punching bags.
- Amenities: Basic changing area available (Note: No showers or lockers provided).
About Gymnastics Training
Why Fly High?
I believe everyone can find their wings. My main goal is to help you discover what your body can do, whether you’re a school kid rolling for the first time or an adult chasing your dream of a backflip. That first moment when you finally land a move? Adhu kushi (that happiness) is what keeps us going.
Who Can Join?
- Kids (5-12): We make fitness fun, focusing on basic rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and core strength. Plus, kids pick up confidence and teamwork along with their skills.
- Adults: Never too late. Our beginner gymnastics classes for adults cover foundations like handstands and round-offs, plus drills for flexibility and strength training for gymnastics. If you’re ready, we’ll slowly work towards backflips and aerials.
How We Train
My coaching is hands-on. We always start with a full warm-up to get the body bisi (hot). I keep saying, hogli hogli (let it go), don’t let fear hold you back. Commitment and safety go hand in hand, with every small win celebrated. This is what makes us Team Fly High.
Facilities & Schedule
Classes run Monday to Friday with separate timings for kids and adults. The gym’s got full mats, crash pads, incline mats - safe gymnastics coaching techniques are our baseline. Everything’s in place for you to build skills and confidence, step by step.

My Story
Hey, we’re Fly High Academy, but most folks call our founder Sensei. Started with one idea: give everyone wings to fly. From 4-year-old kids to Sandalwood actors, we push them past ‘impossible’. Hogli hogli (let it go), we say. We spot, we cheer, we celebrate every win. Bruce Lee’s poster watches over us. This is more than class – it’s a family.
