Stairwells are often bulky, but they don't have to be. Here, we designed a floating metal staircase to be a sculptural, light-filled element. It acts as a focal point, giving the home its life and character instead of just being a functional connector.9
A beautiful display of brick craftsmanship. We designed this home around a central courtyard, so this feature wall is visible from almost everywhere. We gave the bricklayer a free hand, and the result is a stunning, personal piece of art that you would never get bored of.
