- 2D Floor Plans: Iterations focusing on furniture layout, wall placement, and zoning.
- Scientific Vastu: Logic-based placement for Kitchen (Southeast), Master Bedroom (Southwest), and cross-ventilation mapping.
Statutory Drawings
- Municipal Submissions: Sanction drawings formatted with FAR calculations and site plan suitable for local authorities.
- Area Statements: Detailed breakdown of Carpet Area, Built-up Area, and Super Built-up Area.
- Basic Elevation: 2D line drawing of the front facade geometry.

Turnkey Design & Project Supervision
Site Supervision
- Includes everything in the End-to-End Design package.
- Milestone Visits: Physical inspection at foundation, lintel level, roof casting, and finishing stages.
- Quality Control: Verification of steel binding quality, concrete curing, and brickwork verticality.
- Bill Certification: Review of contractor measurements before client releases payments.
Material Selection
