About Architectural Design
Why I Design
For me, architecture is about more than just putting up walls. I want every space to feel alive, to connect people with each other and with nature. I believe a home or building should make life better, not just give shelter.
How I Work
I always start with a chat and a sketch. Sketching helps me put ideas on paper and lets you see how things might shape up. Diagrams break down the design - structure, flow, zoning - so you’re involved from the start. You’re not just watching, you’re part of the process.
What Makes My Designs Stand Out
- Nature-integrated architecture is my thing. I love bringing greenery into homes, whether it’s a courtyard, terrace, or just a window framing a tree. My 'House of Greens' project is all about this.
- Light and shadow in architecture fascinate me. I use screens and grills to play with sunlight, making spaces feel dynamic. 'Belaku' (light) is a big part of my work.
- Compact urban home design is a challenge I enjoy. Small plots don’t mean small dreams. My 'Grilled Sandwich House' in Bengaluru fits two roomy duplexes on a tight plot.
Projects I’m Proud Of
I’ve designed homes that fit families and their lives, like 'A Home by the Park' and creative duplexes. I also work on community spaces, like schools and temple complexes, blending tradition with modern needs.

My Story
Hey, we’re 4site Architects, but behind that name, it’s me, CK, sketching since forever. My first office sketch? Still got it, still proud. Architecture’s my art, my way to connect with the world. Family, travel, old temples like Kailasa and Brahadeshwara - all that beauty sticks with me. My dad, my friends, my team, even random shaadis (weddings) - they shape how I see space, warmth, and relationships. That’s what we bring to our work.
