My Approach to Childbirth Education & Support
I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator here to help you replace fear with confidence and evidence-based knowledge for a calm, empowered birth.
I am proud to be a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. This certification reflects my commitment to providing evidence-based education that promotes a safe and healthy birth for you and your baby.
The uterus is the first home for every human. This beautiful quote reminds us of the importance of caring for our bodies and honoring the sacred space where life begins.
About this collection
My approach is about replacing fear with real, actionable data. In every session, we look at the 'Fear-Tension-Pain' cycle and use evidence-based Lamaze techniques to move past it. We don't just practice yoga; we work on labor positions like the Miles Circuit and ensure your support partner knows exactly how to assist during contractions.
Birth is a physiological event, and understanding your body is the best way to prepare for it. As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, my sessions are grounded in the belief that birth is not a medical crisis, but a normal life event that you can approach with preparation and trust.
My classes are held online, allowing you to join comfortably from home, whether you prefer English or Kannada. We dive deep into prenatal fitness, covering everything from pelvic floor mobility to managing common pregnancy aches like back pain.
Most importantly, I focus on partner involvement. Your birth team needs to be as ready as you are. I guide them through physical comfort measures—like hip squeezes—and teach them how to navigate hospital conversations so you can focus on your labor. This is about honoring your body’s wisdom while keeping you informed about your medical options. From the second trimester to the postpartum recovery phase, we address your physical, mental, and emotional well-being to ensure you feel supported throughout your entire journey.
