- Healing for Moms: I guide you through profound rest and gentle movement with postnatal yoga for new moms. Whether you had a normal delivery or need C-section recovery guidance, we do things
aramse(at ease), without any rush. - Breastfeeding Troubleshooting Tips: Learn about the “golden hour,” hand expression, and easy ways to check if your baby is getting enough. I’ll help you avoid common traps and find what works best for you.
- Newborn Wisdom: Babies have their own language. I’ll show you how to read those tiny signs, and teach you the ‘I love you’ infant bonding massage for better digestion and a calmer baby.
