The first trimester is a time of rapid change, often accompanied by nausea, fatigue, mood swings, and food aversions. I help you manage these early symptoms with Ayurvedic practices to ensure a positive start to your pregnancy.
"Lightening" is when your baby drops lower into the pelvis toward the end of the third trimester. This can make breathing easier but may increase pressure on your bladder. It is a natural sign that your body is preparing for labor.
