Hello everyone, I am Bharti Goel. As an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, I founded 'Her Healthcare at Home' to support women like you. My journey into this field is a personal one, driven by a deep passion for women's health.
After my MBA, I realized my true calling was to make a difference in the lives of moms-to-be. With over five years of experience, I focus on creating positive and healthy experiences through my courses, combining professional knowledge with real-world understanding.

My path wasn't a straight line. I went from IIM Bangalore and corporate consulting to understanding that no textbook prepares you for the realities of labor. I’ve spent the last five years turning my own 44-hour labor and postpartum recovery into accessible, science-backed guidance so you don't have to guess what's normal.
I’m Bharti. Like many of you, I felt the pressure of conflicting advice—the unsolicited gyan about what to eat or how to move. After my own 44-hour labor and emergency C-section, I realized the disconnect between clinical advice and the daily physical reality of being a mom. That’s why I founded 'Her Healthcare at Home'.
It isn't a platform for vague tips; it is a space for evidence-based prenatal yoga, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery exercises. Whether you are navigating your first trimester nausea or looking for safe core recovery post-birth, my approach focuses on consistency over intensity.
