Why Swimming for Fitness Works
I see a lot of folks wanting to get fit but bored of the same old gym routine. Swimming is different - it’s a full-body workout, and honestly, it’s fun. Our batches are all about fitness and weight management, not just splashing around.
How We Train
No one’s left to swim laps alone. I’m right there, poolside, shouting commands - “Kick, kick, kick!”, “Head down karke swim!” (swim with your head down), “Seedha chalo seedha!” (Go straight). Every session is a structured swim workout, whether you’re a beginner or already fast. We push you, but we also make sure your form is solid. You’ll feel the burn, trust me.
Coaches Who Know Their Stuff
Our coaches are N.I.S. certified, so you’re not getting random advice. We’ve got a lady coach too, so everyone feels comfortable. We’re here to help you get results, not just count laps.
The Pool & Facilities
- Heated indoor pool - warm water even in winter, so no skipping workouts
- Semi-Olympic size with lane lines for proper adult swim fitness classes
- Clean, spacious changing rooms

Adult Batches & Timings
We get that adults are busy. Evening slots only for adults, 6 days a week (Tuesday off). Choose between 8-9 PM or 9-10 PM. No crowd, no chaos, just focused swimming.

My Story
Hi, I’m the coach at Bright Swimming Academy, GD Goenka School, Sector 48. For me, swimming is more than just laps - it’s about confidence. You’ll hear me yelling, ‘Go fast! Head down karke! One, two, three, start!’ I push my students, but when someone scared of water swims a full lap, bas, pura din ban gaya! (That’s my day made!) One of our girls even got a state bronze medal. We’re all about making champs out of beginners.
My Work
Swimming classes for all ages and levels - We teach kids, adults, total beginners, pros, and even have a weight loss swimming batch.
Indoor heated swimming pool - You can swim any season, pool is clean, hygienic, and semi-Olympic size at GD Goenka School.
NIS certified swimming coach and lady coach - We have qualified coaches and a lady coach for comfort. Classes run 6 days a week.
30 days swimming program - We guarantee you’ll learn swimming in 30 days, with focus on building confidence, not just technique.
