Kids Learn-to-Swim Program (Monthly)
Schedule & Structure
- Frequency: Monday to Friday (5 days/week).
- Duration: 60-minute sessions per day.
- Batch Size: Student-coach ratio of approx 1:12 to ensure supervision.
Curriculum Stages
- Stage 1 (Confidence): Drills for breath holding, bubbling, and starfish floating (front and back).
- Stage 2 (Propulsion): Hip-driven flutter kicking mechanics using kickboards.
- Stage 3 (Strokes): Introduction to Freestyle arm rotation and basic Backstroke.
Safety & Gear
- Equipment: Pool noodles and kickboards provided for buoyancy.

Adult Swim Fitness & Training (Monthly)
Training Format
- Duration: 45 to 60-minute sessions, 5 days a week.
- Zones: Lane discipline enforced (Slow/Medium/Fast) to manage flow.
- Warm-up: 5 to 10 minute dry-land stretching for shoulder mobility.
Technical Focus
- Survival Skills: Treading water and side-breathing synchronization.
- Stroke Work: Refining Freestyle catch-pull phases and Breaststroke frog kick timing.
- Drills: Use of pull-buoys to isolate upper body strength.
Fitness Elements
- Cardio: Pyramid sets and continuous laps for endurance.
- Resistance: Weekly water aerobics segments for joint health and muscle toning.
Competitive Squad Training (Monthly)
Advanced Technique
- Four Strokes: Detailed breakdown of Butterfly undulation, Backstroke rotation, Breaststroke glide, and Freestyle sprinting.
- Turns: Execution of Tumble turns (Freestyle/Back) and Touch turns (Breast/Fly).
- Starts: Training on diving starts from blocks and underwater streamline kicks.
Conditioning
- Water Workouts: Interval training (HIIT) and long-distance sets to increase VO2 max.

Why I Teach Swimming
I grew up as a gaon ka ladka (village boy) who just couldn’t stay away from the pool. From local water tanks to national and international competitions, swimming's been my life. I started FMA Swimming Institute because I believe swimming is much more than a sport - it's a skill that can save lives. I want to take every person from fear to full confidence in water, no matter where they start.
Who Can Join?
We train anyone who wants to learn:
- Kids and toddlers: We use games and simple tricks, so bachche (kids) don’t get scared and pick up swimming naturally.
- Adults: First-timers or those wanting to up their game for competitions, we adjust our coaching style for you. Adult beginner swim training is a big part of what we do.
- Seniors: Our morning batches focus on fitness, gentle water aerobics, and learning strokes in a friendly group.
What Our Classes Cover
- Basic water safety courses: Breathing, floating, and kicking are the start.
- Swim stroke correction: We teach freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and break down butterfly into easy steps.
- Competitive swim coaching: For those chasing medals, we train on dolphin kicks, underwater moves, and race turns.
How We Coach
Safety and comfort come first. Our certified coaches and lifeguards actually get in the pool with you, guiding every step. You’ll hear us cheering - “Bahut acche!” (very good!) - because at FMA, we celebrate every win, big or small. Mindset matters - I’ll push you to cross your limits, no matter your background.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Aryaveer Kumar, log mujhe Fashion Model Arya bhi bulate hain. Gaon ki nadi se lekar international swimming pools tak ka safar kiya hai maine. Paani mera dost hai, aur swimming mera junoon. FMA Swimming Institute banaya taaki har koi, chota ya bada, paani se dosti kar sake. Takleef taakat ki aazmaish hai, aur dard kaamyabi ki seedhi – yahi mantra hai mera. Main aapko sikhana chahta hoon, bas hausla chahiye.

Senior citizen swimming classes - Morning batches mein seniors full enjoy karte hain. Sabko welcome hai, age koi barrier nahi.
Locations & expansion - Gurugram, Mumbai, Delhi main hai hum. Jaipur aur Chennai jaldi aa rahe hain. FMA ka aim – swimming culture India mein lana.
