About Our Indoor Heated Pool
The heated indoor pool at GD Goenka School ensures you keep training even when it is freezing outside. We maintain consistent temperatures and use lane lines to enforce circle swimming, so your 50-minute workout stays intense and uninterrupted by crowds.
Why Our Pool is Different
Most people think swimming is a seasonal activity. At Bright Swimming Academy, we disagree. Our facility is an indoor, heated, semi-Olympic size pool that allows for serious training regardless of the weather.
The Setup

- Structured Lanes: We use clear lane lines to maintain order. You are not fighting for space; you are focused on your laps.
- Hygiene First: The facility at GD Goenka School, Sector 48, is clean and well-maintained, with proper showers and changing areas.
How We Train
We treat these sessions as a serious fitness workout, not leisure time. Our evening adult batches (8 PM to 10 PM) follow a strict 60-minute window. You get 50 minutes of water time and 10 minutes to change. Because we use circle swimming protocols, the flow is continuous. Whether you are here for cardiovascular health or weight loss, you will be following drills and lap targets under our supervision. If your form slips, expect to hear me, 'Head down karke! Seedha chalo!' We keep the pressure high so your progress stays fast.
