- Structured Workouts: Every session includes 50 minutes of in-water time, split into laps and endurance drills.
- Heated Infrastructure: The pool is temperature-controlled, making it viable for year-round training, even in winter.
- Evening Batches: We run late evening slots (8 PM to 10 PM) specifically for working professionals, ensuring no distractions or kids' batch overlap.
- Support: We have an N.I.S. certified coach on deck to correct your form and push your pacing.
