Our Gym Space in Girinagar

When you walk onto these mats, you leave the noise outside. Our space in Girinagar is designed for one thing: performance. We use 25mm EVA foam mats specifically for stand-up striking and safe takedowns, giving you the grip and cushion you need to throw a roundhouse or practice grappling drills properly.

We keep the gear functional. You will find rows of vinyl heavy bags, Thai pads, and focus mitts, plus the essentials like kettlebells, medicine balls, and agility ladders for strength and conditioning.
