How We Make It Real
Solo workouts get boring and often lack the intensity needed for quick results. We designed the Biggest Loser Challenge to fix that. It’s a 30-day all-out commitment that includes unlimited gym access, standard fat loss nutrition charts, and weekly group classes like Zumba and aerobics to keep your metabolism firing.
The Process
We keep it transparent and competitive:
- Two Mandatory Weigh-ins: We use mechanical analog scales at the start and end of the 30 days.
- Tracking: All weight loss (in KGs) is tracked manually with a public leaderboard ranking to keep the josh high.
- Trainer Support: Our floor trainers are always there to check your form, whether you’re doing deadlifts, squats, or using the functional turf.
- Community: You get access to a challenge-specific WhatsApp group where the daily motivation happens.
