We use structured Flex Flow sessions that target your end-range mobility and breathwork to actually down-regulate your nervous system. You will feel the difference in your next lifting or running session, not just in your mood.

Recovery is not just lying on a mat. At our Kasturba Road studio, we view recovery as a training discipline. If you treat your body like a machine, you have to perform regular maintenance. Our approach blends three core pillars:

  • Flex Flow: This is our signature active recovery method. We move you through dynamic mobility drills and functional flexibility routines that go well beyond static yoga holds. It is designed to open up tight hips, mobilize stiff shoulders, and improve your range of motion for better lifting mechanics.
  • Nervous System Reset: Heavy training spikes cortisol. We use conscious breathwork, specifically Pranayama techniques, to down-regulate your nervous system. This helps you transition from 'fight or flight' mode into a parasympathetic state where actual physical repair happens.
  • Thermal & Sensory Therapy: Our weekend events incorporate cold water immersion via ice baths, which helps reduce systemic inflammation after a high-intensity week. We pair this with sound healing to provide a mental reset that clears the noise and improves focus.

Why Structure Matters

Most people guess their way through recovery, leading to inconsistent progress and recurring injuries. We change that by keeping our group recovery sessions capped at 15 participants. This ensures you get actual form correction, not just a room full of people mimicking a coach.
