Here is a sample 5-day fitness plan using our programs. We structure your week with a mix of strength, cardio, and recovery to keep you progressing without overtraining.

About this collection
We do not do random gym routines. Every program here is designed by coaches who map out your progression, whether you are here for high-intensity HYROX prep, functional strength, or low-impact mobility sessions. Our studio in Bangalore is built for balance, which means you can transition from a heavy lift in the Burn Room to a recovery breathwork session without leaving the building.
At BlackBx, we realized people were tired of walking into a gym and not knowing what to do. That is why our training is programmed. When you join, you are not just getting access to weights and cardio machines. You are getting a system.
Our Program Pillars
- Strength & Conditioning: Our Burn Room is where the work gets done. We run over 50 coach-led classes every week, including 'Double Strength' for pure lifting, 'Circuit Dash' to mix cardio and strength, and 'Jericho' for full-body power.
- Specialized Movement: If you want to move differently, try our Animal Flow cohorts. These sessions build coordination and neuromuscular connection through primal movement patterns. It is challenging, technical, and a completely different approach to bodyweight training.
- Recovery & Mobility: Training hard means nothing if you do not recover. Our 'Flex Flow' sessions go beyond basic stretching. We blend dynamic mobility, breathwork, and joint resilience training. It is designed to keep you feeling strong for the long run, not just for today.
The Studio Experience
We operate out of our Kasturba Road facility in Bangalore. We designed the space to be more than just a workout floor. You can crush your session, grab a post-workout meal at our in-house fuel station, and even shop for gear. We also host community events like Cubbon Park runs and treadmill challenges to keep the energy high. If you are over 40 and looking for a way to stay active, we have specific strength programs tailored for you, ensuring your routines remain joint-friendly as you get stronger.
BlackBx
We started BlackBx because we were tired of watching people slog through boring workouts without seeing real change. We built a space where movement has a purpose and where you actually feel like part of a crew, not just a number on a treadmill.
