About this collection

Think of Flex Flow as a tactical reset for your joints, not a passive cooldown. Unlike standard yoga classes, we keep you moving through full ranges of motion with a focus on breathwork that actually brings your heart rate down while improving tissue quality. It is designed specifically for runners and lifters who feel stiff or overworked; you are not just sitting in poses, you are actively preparing your body to perform better in your next heavy lift or speed session.

The Science of Our Reset

Every session is led by a mobility specialist and follows a specific architecture:

  • Joint Resilience: We focus on the areas that take the most abuse in traditional strength training—ankles, wrists, hips, and shoulders—to build longevity into your movement patterns.

We keep our class sizes capped at 12 to 15 people at our Kasturba Road studio. This allows our coaches to provide hands-on spotting and form corrections, ensuring you are not just moving, but moving with purpose.
