New to Flex Flow? Our beginner-friendly sessions are designed to ease you into the movements. We focus on supporting recovery and injury rehab by improving your functional mobility.
This is about building real mobility. Flex Flow strengthens your entire range of motion, helping you move with more ease and intention, not just passive flexibility.

About this collection
Flex Flow is not about holding static poses or simply stretching out. These 60-minute sessions are specifically programmed to address the mechanical stiffness that builds up from heavy lifting or high-impact running. By focusing on joint resilience and breathwork, we help you fix movement patterns and recover faster, keeping you in the gym longer. With groups capped at 15, you get real coaching, not just a room full of people following a screen.
Why Flex Flow is Different
Most recovery classes focus on passivity. We treat recovery as another phase of training. If you are tired of the 'no pain, no gain' grind, these sessions are the practical antidote. We blend dynamic mobility drills with functional flexibility routines, specifically targeting the areas where athletes—runners, lifters, and HYROX trainees—typically feel the most tension.
The Method
Our sessions are coach-led, ensuring you aren't just moving, but moving with purpose. We focus on three pillars:
- Joint Resilience: Exercises designed to strengthen the connective tissue around your joints, providing stability rather than just flexibility.
- Breath-Led Movement: We use controlled breathing (Pranayama) to downregulate your nervous system after high-intensity training, helping you physically decompress.
- End-Range Conditioning: You will work through your full range of motion, which is crucial for injury prevention and rehabilitation of past issues.
Who Should Join?
Whether you are dealing with chronic tightness from a desk job, recovering from a workout, or rehabilitating a past injury, Flex Flow is built for you. We don't promise magic, but you will notice real improvements in how you move, squat, and run after just a few weeks of consistent attendance. Our studio on Kasturba Road is climate-controlled and fully equipped with high-density mats and props, so you just need to show up.
