I teach traditional yogic cleansing techniques, or Shatkarma, like Jalneti. This practice uses saline water to cleanse the nasal passages, which is excellent for respiratory health and clarity of mind. I even have these beautiful, hand painted Jalneti pots for our sessions.

About Shatkarma: Yogic Cleansing

Jalneti is much simpler than it looks, and it is a game changer if you deal with seasonal allergies or simply want to breathe more freely. I use saline water to gently clear the nasal passages, which helps you feel refreshed and mentally lighter. In my sessions, we take the process slow, focusing on comfort and proper technique so you can build a practice that feels supportive rather than intimidating.
